The forgot-password flow from start to finish — and what to do if the reset email never shows up.
Forgot your password? Two minutes and you're back in. And remember — you can always skip passwords entirely and sign in with an emailed code instead.
Reset it, step by step
- On the sign-in page, choose Forgot Password? — it takes you to the Reset password page.
- Enter the email address on your account and submit. You'll see a confirmation: check your inbox, we've emailed you a reset link.
- Open the email and follow the link. It brings you back to our site on the Update password page.
- Enter your new password (at least 8 characters is a good idea) and choose Update password.
- That's it — you're signed in and your new password works everywhere from now on.
If the email never arrives
- Wait a minute and check spam. Reset emails usually land fast, but filters sometimes grab them.
- Double-check the address. The email must match the one on your account — the address you used at checkout and where your receipts arrive.
- Links expire. If it's been a while since you requested it, request a fresh one rather than clicking an old email.
- Still nothing? Contact us and we'll get you back into your account.
Skip the password entirely
If you're locked out and just need in now, use the email code on the sign-in page — we email you a one-time code, you type it in, and you're signed in with no password at all. See Creating your account and signing in.
Once you're in, you can change your password any time from your account: open Edit profile and use the Password section.
