Requesting service or repairs

View as Markdown

Broken or acting up? Repairs for normal wear are included. Here's how to get a visit scheduled.

Repairs for normal wear and tear are included with every rental. If your equipment breaks or starts acting up, here's what to do.

How to request service

Fastest: call or text (913) 214-1115 and describe what's happening.

Online: sign in to your portal, open the rental, and submit a service request from the Service section.

Either way, we typically schedule a visit within 72 hours.

What to tell us

The more specific, the faster the fix:

  • What the machine is doing (noise, leak, error code, won't start)
  • When it started
  • Anything that changed recently (moved the unit, new detergent, power outage)

A short phone video of the problem is genuinely helpful.

What's covered

Normal use is on us: worn belts and seals, pumps, heating elements, thermostats — the things that wear out when a machine gets used. Damage from misuse (a cracked door, a dryer used as a step stool) is the one category your deposit exists for, and we'll always talk to you before anything is charged.

While you wait

If a washer is leaking, turn off the water valves behind it. If anything smells like burning or gas, unplug it (or shut the gas valve) and call us right away.
